Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, B2B outreach, and digital engagement. The candidate should have the ability to connect with C-Level executives and key decision-makers, build strong professional relationships, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies (LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms) targeting CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
  • Create engaging content (posts, campaigns, thought leadership pieces) aligned with ePROTECT 360’s offerings.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Risk Managers, Compliance Heads, and Business Leaders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline development.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance; prepare weekly/monthly reports on outreach and engagement.
  • Build brand awareness through digital campaigns, webinars, and targeted content marketing.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity and compliance industry trends to tailor messaging accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or demand generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach and C-Level engagement.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to craft tailored messages and value propositions for senior decision-makers.
  • Creative mindset with strong content marketing and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, IT services, or compliance domain will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing & B2B lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn engagement & content creation.
  • Excellent communication & content writing skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity/IT services marketing is a plus.
