To support our expansion in Oman, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive.

Position Summary

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to drive sales and market penetration of our material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be a hunter, adept at generating new business, building a robust client portfolio, and closing deals within the specified industrial sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the Omani market, excellent negotiation skills, and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and generate new sales leads within the Ports, Oil & Gas, and Mining industries across Oman.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including key decision-makers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing of business deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities in the region.
  • Technical Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our equipment.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the company CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, specifically selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical solutions.
  • Sector Experience: Demonstrable experience and a strong network within at least one of the following sectors: Ports & Terminals, Oil & Gas, or Mining in the Omani market.
  • Driving License: A valid Oman driving license is mandatory.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
