· Manage and oversee all marketing activities within the department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget.

· Develop and propose comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand positioning.

· Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams and cross-functional departments.

· Create, publish, and manage diverse marketing materials, creatives, and advertisements across online and offline channels.

· Plan, implement, and optimize promotional and lead-generation campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance results.

· Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns.

· Handle municipality, DED, RTA, and other regulatory permits for promotions, branding, advertising, and events, including document preparation and submission.

· Manage marketplace presence and brand onboarding across various online platforms, including product listings, partnership negotiations, commission monitoring, and payout tracking.

· Conduct competitor and market analysis, preparing insights and reports to support strategy refinement.

· Evaluate and develop potential strategic partnerships to strengthen marketing initiatives.

· Create and update website content, including product listings, specifications, and digital assets, while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

· Regularly maintain accurate stock availability and oversee website performance, reporting issues and suggesting improvements.

· Develop reporting frameworks to measure ROI across different platforms and campaigns.

· Respond promptly to online customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring excellent customer engagement.

· Manage and coordinate e-commerce photoshoots, including scheduling, site bookings, permits, and collaboration with photographers/videographers.

· Work closely with retail and logistics teams to arrange inventory for marketing shoots and campaigns.

· Contribute to content calendar planning, ensuring a consistent flow of creative and relevant material across all platforms to drive engagement and conversions.

· Liaise with vendors for marketing and visual development (e.g., printing, packaging, branding materials, window stickers).

· Collaborate with the social media team to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility.

· Propose, organize, and lead brand events such as seasonal launches, masterclasses, and promotional giveaways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
