Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing and social media strategies that strengthen Bespoke Residences and Holiday Homes’ brand presence, drive bookings, and enhance guest engagement. This role blends creativity and analytical skills to position the brand as a leading provider of premium residential and holiday experiences in Dubai.

Working closely with the operations and sales teams, the Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end marketing initiatives—from digital content creation and campaign management to social media engagement and brand partnerships—ensuring all communication aligns with the company’s tone and target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and offline marketing strategies to promote Bespoke’s portfolio of properties and holiday homes.
  • Create engaging social media content calendars that showcase lifestyle, experiences, and offers across multiple platforms.
  • Manage community engagement, responding promptly to inquiries and guest feedback on social channels.
  • Coordinate creative development for digital assets including short-form videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, reservations, and guest relations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Support property launches, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Analyse campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring visuals and messaging reflect the premium positioning of the brand.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing or social media management, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and increasing digital engagement.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with knowledge of current trends and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in content planning tools, digital analytics, and design coordination.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
