Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Executive Marketing Employee with at least 4 years of experience in marketing within real estate companies, contracting firms, and advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and enhancing the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage marketing campaigns for real estate and contracting projects.
• Oversee the design and production of promotional materials and advertisements.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage social media presence and online marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support business development efforts through targeted marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in real estate and contracting sectors).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

نبحث عن موظف تسويق تنفيذي يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الحماس والإبداع، ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال التسويق ضمن شركات العقارات وشركات المقاولات وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية. سيكون الموظف مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية وتعزيز حضور الشركة في السوق.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والاستراتيجيات التسويقية الشاملة.
• إدارة الحملات التسويقية لمشاريع العقارات والمقاولات.
• الإشراف على تصميم وإنتاج المواد الدعائية والإعلانية.
• التنسيق مع وكالات الإعلان ووسائل الإعلام والمنصات الرقمية.
• إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل الاتجاهات لتحديد الفرص الجديدة.
• إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والمبادرات التسويقية الرقمية.
• متابعة أداء الحملات وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
• دعم جهود تطوير الأعمال من خلال أنشطة تسويقية موجهة.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال التسويق، ويفضّل أن تكون في قطاع العقارات والمقاولات.
• معرفة قوية بأدوات التسويق الرقمي واستراتيجيات الإعلان.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
