Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

Build strong relationships with mall tenants to foster collaboration and cooperation.

Coordinate and facilitate cross-promotional activities between different tenants to attract more customers.

Work with tenants to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions.

Provide marketing support and guidance to tenants as needed.

Manage and optimize the mall's loyalty program to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Develop innovative loyalty program initiatives and promotions to incentivize customer participation.

Collaborate with tenants to offer exclusive rewards and discounts to loyalty program members.

Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, website, etc.) to reach a wider audience and drive online traffic.

Organize and execute a variety of events and promotions, such as seasonal sales, themed events, and community gatherings.

Collaborate with tenants to create engaging event experiences for customers.

Manage event budgets and oversee logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Build and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets to generate positive publicity.

Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of funds.

Track expenses and monitor ROI to optimize marketing spend.

Develop marketing reports every month and present them to the Marketing Manager.

Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
Proficiency in Arabic and English language required.
Experience working in malls or related industry is preferred.
Education: Bachelor in marketing and digital media
