Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans, contributing innovative ideas for campaigns, and analyzing market trends/competitors.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising (PPC).
- Content Creation: Write and proofread creative copy for ads, brochures, websites, blogs, and multimedia content.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Campaign Management: Monitor ongoing campaigns, manage budgets, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work with designers, sales teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and report on results to stakeholders.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand image and consistency across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, Social Media).
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency with marketing software (CRM, analytics).
