The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" who is results-oriented and excels at communicating the value of our services/products to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Marketing/Sales Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of our services/products to key decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle inquiries, prepare detailed proposals/quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new target markets.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual marketing/sales KPIs and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
