The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" who is results-oriented and excels at communicating the value of our services/products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field visits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Marketing/Sales Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of our services/products to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle inquiries, prepare detailed proposals/quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new target markets.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual marketing/sales KPIs and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: [2] years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales-driven role.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to persuade and influence.
  • Resilience: High level of self-motivation and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Odoo).
