Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across key Asian markets. This role focuses on campaign execution, market localization, digital marketing, and coordination with regional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate understands diverse Asian markets, is data-oriented, and can balance creativity with execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with global brand strategy
  • Localize marketing content for Asian markets (language, culture, channels)
  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Conduct market and competitor research across Asia
  • Support events, trade shows, webinars, and partnerships in the region
  • Work with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in regional or international roles
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, social platforms, CRM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Additional Asian language(s)
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or tech-driven industries
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
