Role Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and safeguarding the company’s visual and marketing identity, ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels. The role supports corporate marketing initiatives, CSR programs, and client engagement activities, contributing to brand reputation, market positioning, and stakeholder engagement within the UAE Insurance and Healthcare sector.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Brand & Visual Identity (Core Accountability)

  • Execute and maintain the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure consistency across:
  • Corporate presentations and proposals
  • Marketing collaterals and brochures
  • Website and digital assets
  • Social media creatives and campaigns
  • Support brand refresh or enhancement initiatives as approved by management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) while maintaining cost and quality controls.

2. Marketing Execution & Communications

  • Implement approved marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing content for:
  • Corporate communications
  • Digital platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Emailers, newsletters, and announcements
  • Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with UAE insurance and healthcare regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

3. CSR & Community Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of CSR initiatives, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs.
  • Prepare branding, communication, and visual materials for CSR activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for CSR events.
  • Maintain records and reporting of CSR activities for internal and external use.

4. Client Engagement & Events

  • Support client engagement activities, including corporate events, seminars, and industry forums.
  • Coordinate branding, invitations, presentations, and post-event communication.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Client Relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and professional representation.

5. Governance, Quality & Market Awareness

  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance, brand policies, and internal approval processes.
  • Stay informed on UAE insurance and healthcare market trends, branding practices, and competitor positioning.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to visual communication and engagement methods.

Authority & Decision-Making

  • Authority to execute approved marketing and branding activities within allocated budgets.
  • Authority to coordinate with vendors subject to internal procurement and approval policies.
  • No financial or contractual signatory authority.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in marketing roles, preferably within:
  • Insurance
  • Healthcare
  • Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and visual identity execution.
  • Experience supporting CSR initiatives and client-facing engagement activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
