Marketing Executive

Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive with strong practical experience in digital
marketing and comprehensive knowledge of website development processes. The ideal
candidate should be capable of understanding detailed instructions, translating them into
actionable tasks, and executing them efficiently in coordination with internal teams (design,
development, content, and ads).
This role requires strong quality control skills to ensure that all marketing and website-
related deliverables meet defined standards before final deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand marketing strategies and translate them into clear execution plans
Coordinate with website developers, designers, and content teams to ensure smooth
project execution
Oversee website development tasks including landing pages, product pages, and
campaign-based pages
Ensure proper implementation of SEO structure, tracking codes, pixels, and analytics
tools
Review websites for functionality, responsiveness, and user experience before launch
Perform quality checks on content, design, and technical elements to maintain high
standards
Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
Ensure timelines are followed and deliverables are completed as per instructions
Asist in executing digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email
Marketing, etc.)
Prepare performance reports and coordinate improvements with the team
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of practical professional experience in marketing or digital marketing
Strong understanding of website development structure (WordPress, Shopify, or similar
CMS)
Basic knowledge of HTML structure, landing page flow, and UX principles
Ability to understand instructions clearly and execute them with cross-functional teams
Strong coordination and communication skills
Excellent quality control and attention to detail
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and fix issues before launchPortfolio / Proof of Work Requirement
Examples of websites managed or coordinated
Campaign reports or marketing performance samples
Demonstration of website improvements, landing page optimization, or project
execution experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
