One of our client is looking for Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing collateral and digital content for promotions and brand awareness.
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
- Report on social media performance and suggest strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Agency Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the external marketing agency.
- Coordinate marketing projects, campaign timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
Internal & External Communications
- Draft, edit, and support the development of communication materials (newsletters, blogs, press releases, announcements).
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design and/or marketing role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience managing social media accounts and using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or
Meta Business Suite.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; experience working with agencies or external vendors is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of brand identity.
