Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive with strong expertise in website management, SEO, graphic design, and digital marketing. This role will focus on brand promotion, lead generation, content development, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
  • Assess brand positioning and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans, advertising strategies, and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze competitors and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen brand positioning.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO initiatives, and other digital campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue and business objectives.

3. Graphic Design & Creative Content

  • Develop visually compelling creatives for digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, catalogs, and corporate branding assets.
  • Create engaging social media content such as posts, ad creatives, stories, reels, email templates, and infographics.
  • Handle photography, videography, and video editing requirements for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goals.

4. Website Management & Online Presence

  • Maintain and update the company website with accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Track website performance metrics and user behavior to recommend enhancements.
  • Coordinate with developers for technical updates and improved user experience.

5. AI Tools & Productivity

  • Leverage AI-powered tools for content generation, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing and design trends to implement innovative strategies.

6. Collaboration, Events & Reporting

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and webinars to increase brand exposure.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and evaluate ROI.
  • Maintain an organized marketing calendar and structured repository of creative assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or marketing communications.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of website development, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content development skills.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing or design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
