Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales targets. The role involves both digital and offline marketing activities to drive project awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential/commercial projects.
  • Coordinate project launches, promotional events, and site visits.
  • Ensure timely execution of ATL & BTL activities.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Coordinate with digital agencies for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Monitor website updates and landing pages.
  • Track and optimize lead generation campaigns.

3. Lead Generation & Management

  • Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead allocation and follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM data and analyze conversion rates.

4. Branding & Promotions

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop brochures, flyers, hoardings, and promotional materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships (printing, media agencies, event partners).

5. Market Research

  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Track market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to management for project positioning.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Track ROI on campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and cost control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
