Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive – Business Growth & Lead Generation

Location: DHA Phase 2 , Lahore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to support business growth by generating qualified leads for software development, web, mobile, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, freelancing platforms (Upwork/Fiverr), and digital channels.
  • Identify and approach potential clients for software development and IT services.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from website, social media, and email.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel and track the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the sales/technical team for proposals and client follow-ups.
  • Assist in creating marketing content, case studies, and company profiles.
  • Support digital campaigns for service promotion.
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and growth activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in lead generation or B2B marketing (preferably in a software/IT company).
  • Basic understanding of software services (Web, Mobile, AI, or Digital Solutions).
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or freelancing platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred:

  • Experience in international client handling.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and business development processes.
