About the Role

Brooq Pest Control is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our field operations in Dubai. This role is designed for a proactive professional who excels at face-to-face interaction, brand representation, and direct lead generation within the pest control and cleaning sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Promotion: Conduct daily site visits to commercial and residential prospects (restaurants, offices, and property management companies).
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert cold leads into active service inquiries.
• Material Distribution: Strategically distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials in high-traffic commercial zones.
• Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for the company, providing professional information on services and pricing.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly outreach targets to ensure a steady pipeline for the sales team.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in field marketing or outdoor sales.
• Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for daily field travel.
• Communication: Must be fluent in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• Personality: A presentable, confident, and understanding personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, capable of working independently, and results-oriented.
