Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Doha.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and secure service contracts with organisations across Qatar, including hotels, schools, government entities, and commercial facilities.

The role combines marketing, sales, and client relationship development to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients and decision-makers
  • Generating qualified leads and new contract opportunities
  • Conducting market research to identify high-value sectors and prospects
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate business inquiries
  • Supporting the sales team in client meetings and presentations
  • Building relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and operations leaders
  • Promoting MECC’s specialised cleaning technologies and services
  • Tracking leads, proposals, and contract opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and bring new clients
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Ability to identify and approach decision-makers in organisations
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in facility management, hospitality, or cleaning industry is a strong advantage

Key Performance Expectation

The most important success indicator for this role is the ability to generate new contracts and business opportunities for MECC .

Candidates with a proven ability to bring clients and secure service agreements will be prioritised
