Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive – Nolte Küchen & IBA Interiors

Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives for Nolte Küchen and IBA Interiors in Qatar.

Reporting directly to the COO, this role goes beyond traditional marketing — it requires a commercially minded individual who can drive demand, support sales, and build strong brand presence across both retail and project segments.

The ideal candidate is a full-stack marketer with strong capabilities in creative direction, copywriting, and digital performance marketing, combined with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Commercial Impact

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and showroom traffic.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and lead quality.

2. Brand & Content

  • Develop compelling content across all platforms (social media, website, emailers, ads).
  • Ensure both brands are consistently represented with a premium, design-led identity.
  • Own messaging and storytelling tailored to the Qatar market.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc).
  • Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
  • Implement performance-driven strategies to generate qualified leads.

4. Creative Direction

  • Create creative assets (visuals, videos, campaigns).
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards and elevate perception.
  • Maintain a strong focus on aesthetics relevant to luxury/interior design.

5. CRM & Customer Journey

  • Manage and optimize lead flow from first touchpoint to showroom visit.
  • Work with CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Improve overall customer journey and conversion rates.

6. Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute showroom events, activations, and launches.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media, and partners for PR and collaborations.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role in Qatar or GCC.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.
  • Good understanding of branding, design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working closely with sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
  • Arabic Essential.
  • English Fluent. Min 10 years.
