Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., social media, email, print).
- Content Creation: Writing and proofreading engaging copy for newsletters, websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Digital Presence: Maintaining websites via content management systems (CMS) and managing social media profiles.
- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking marketing performance, analyzing ROI, and compiling reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Market Research: Conducting research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with sales, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and project delivery.
- Research & Miscellaneous Support
- Conduct competitor analysis, platform research, or trend reports as needed
- Support proposal preparation with research, formatting, or data gathering
- Assist with any agency marketing task assigned by CEO
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copywriting abilities.
- Digital Competence: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and data analytics software.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required, alongside relevant professional experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years in an agency
