Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the Urbanite Apartments project. The role involves lead generation, brand promotion, client engagement, and coordination with sales teams to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for Urbanite Apartments (digital & traditional).
• Generate quality leads through social media, property portals, and on-ground activities.
• Manage and update content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.).
• Coordinate with graphic designers and agencies for marketing material (brochures, banners, ads).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Organize promotional events, site visits, and open house activities.
• Assist sales team by providing marketing support and qualified leads.
• Maintain database of leads and track conversion rates.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
• Handle customer queries and initial client engagement professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
