Real Estate Marketing Experience MUST.

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, social media, and offline channels. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, conduct market research, manage online assets, and produce compelling content—all while aligning with business goals and maintaining brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Perform market research to track emerging trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
• Manage and refresh digital assets, including the company website and social media platforms.
• Craft engaging marketing materials: brochures, presentations, newsletters, and ads.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Engage and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as needed.
• Support pricing, positioning, and promotional strategy development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a marketing role (Marketing Executive, Assistant, or similar).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital tools, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
