Marketing Executive - Female

We are seeking a dynamic Female Marketing Executive to lead marketing campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives that drive Fresh Basket’s growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and experienced in digital marketing and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership & Banking Marketing

• Develop and manage discount/cashback campaigns with banks and corporate partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Manage agreements, invoicing, and settlements post-campaign.
• Build and sustain long-term partner relationships for co-branded promotions.

2. E-commerce & Performance Marketing

• Monitor online sales, conversions, and ROI across platforms.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and user experience.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

3. Digital & Social Media Management

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across social channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and communication.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce).
• Hands-on experience in banking or brand partnerships.
• Strong command of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
