About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative
Marketing Manager (Games)
to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and execute marketing strategies for our mobile game titles, managing everything from brand positioning to user acquisition campaigns. If you love games and understand what drives players, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for game launches and ongoing live-ops

Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Unity, TikTok, etc.)

Build and maintain brand identity for all game titles

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities

Optimize marketing funnels to improve ROI

Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
-
Manage community engagement strategies (Discord, socials, influencers)
-
Track and report KPIs, player engagement, and campaign performance
-
Oversee promotional materials, trailers, creatives, and marketing assets

Work with influencers, publishers, and partners
-
Hands on experience on MMP

Have good experience of monetization and mediation
Requirements

Proven experience in mobile game marketing

Strong knowledge of user acquisition and ad networks

Understanding of game industry trends and player behavior

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) is a plus

Excellent communication skills
