Marketing Executive-Referral

PVS Sunrise Hospital is looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing Executive – Referral to strengthen referral relationships and increase patient inflow. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong connections with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Executive – Referral will visit referring doctors, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals to promote hospital services and specialties. The role includes maintaining strong professional relationships, explaining treatment facilities and service offerings, coordinating patient referrals, and ensuring smooth communication between referral sources and hospital departments. The executive will also collect feedback from referral partners, support promotional activities, and submit regular visit and referral reports to the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline is preferred. Candidates with experience in healthcare marketing or hospital referral marketing will be given priority. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to do field work may also apply.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital marketing or referral marketing is preferred.

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, relationship-building ability, basic knowledge of hospital services, reporting skills, and willingness to travel for field work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
