The Sales & Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving the market presence and sales growth of our innovative renewable energy solutions (e.g., solar, wind, battery storage). This role is a perfect blend of on-the-ground selling and strategic marketing, requiring a unique individual who can speak the language of sustainability and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Actively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within our target markets (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial).
  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness for our renewable products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as the internal and external expert on our renewable energy products. Articulate complex technical specifications and the long-term ROI (Return on Investment) of our solutions clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare customized sales proposals, tenders, and contracts. Confidently negotiate terms to close deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and report on sales performance and pipeline health.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Renewable Product Knowledge

  • Demonstrated understanding of the core principles of renewable energy technology (e.g., photovoltaics, inverters, battery storage, or wind turbines).
  • Ability to explain the technical benefits, installation processes, and system components to potential customers.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, local regulations, and government incentives/rebates related to renewable energy adoption.

Professional Skills

  • 1 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role, preferably within the energy, technology, or capital goods sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, with a results-driven and tenacious approach to achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • SALARY:Best in industry plus incentives + travel allowance
