Marketing Executive – Security Guard Services | Dubai Residents | Arabic & English Required

About Us

Alliant Security Services is a growing security solutions provider in the UAE. We specialize in delivering professional security guard services tailored to businesses across various industries. We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive with proven experience in the security guards industry, who will actively approach and visit companies to promote our services and secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door company visits to introduce and promote our security guard services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent contracts.
• Prepare and present customized service proposals to potential clients.
• Report daily/weekly marketing activities and progress to management.

Requirements

• Must be a current resident of Dubai (applications from outside Dubai will not be considered).
• Proven experience in the Security Guards industry (mandatory).
• Sales, marketing, or business development experience specifically within security services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
