Marketing & Growth Director

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our marketing function end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, revenue support, and performance management across marketing, sales coordination, and digital channels. The role will work closely with the sales department to ensure leads are effectively assigned, tracked, and converted, while also overseeing social media strategy and overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Own marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking across all campaigns.

Sales Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales department to design and optimize lead management processes.
  • Ensure timely and efficient assignment of leads to the sales team and monitor conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on targets, funnels, and performance reporting.
  • Identify gaps in sales enablement and ensure marketing assets support sales outcomes.

Branding & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen brand positioning across all touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Oversee messaging, communication standards, and brand consistency.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media strategy, content direction, campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure platforms are used effectively for brand building, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor trends and adjust digital strategies to stay competitive.

Performance & Growth Management

  • Define KPIs for marketing, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and reports to optimize performance and drive continuous growth.
  • Ensure performance-based outcomes across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in senior marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing and coordination with sales teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to align marketing strategy with business and revenue goals.
  • Execution Excellence: Hands-on experience in campaign execution, lead funnels, and performance tracking.
  • Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required). Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Performance-Based Compensation:
Monthly salary ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 350,000, based on experience and performance. Compensation is strongly tied to measurable results and impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
