Marketing Head

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Head to lead the marketing strategy and brand development for our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.

· Manage digital marketing, including social media, influencer collaborations, and online campaigns.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

· Build and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with company values.

· Lead the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns.

· Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing (Candidates from PIFD or NCA will be given preference).

· 7+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, food & beverages, or QSR brands.

· Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

· Hands-on experience with digital and traditional marketing.

· Creative mindset with a passion for food and customer engagement.

· Female Candidate will be given high priority.

Note: Candidates with a retail background will be preferred.
