Role Overview

Art Station is a retail art & craft materials business with multiple in-house brands. We are looking for a Marketing Head (Performance & Growth) who will own SEO, paid performance marketing, analytics, and revenue-driven growth initiatives, with a strong focus on retail footfall and measurable ROI.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Core Ownership)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Market Place Listing
  • Coordination of all marketing related activities.
  • Drive store footfall through geo-targeted and local campaigns
  • Allocate budgets across channels and continuously optimize ROI
  • Manage pixels, conversions, audiences, and funnel tracking

SEO & Local Search

  • Own complete SEO strategy:
  • On-page, technical, and basic off-page coordination
  • Google Search Console monitoring
  • Manage Local SEO & Google Business Profiles for retail locations
  • Improve visibility, rankings, and discovery for stores and brands

Growth Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly and quarterly growth plans aligned with business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior
  • Identify new performance channels and opportunities
  • Work closely with the branding consultant to translate strategy into execution

Website & Analytics

  • Monitor website performance (Shopify-based)
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Search Console
  • Identify UX or funnel gaps impacting conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for improvements (not listings)

Reporting & Decision Making

  • Track KPIs across footfall, ads, SEO, and conversions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Use data to guide decisions and future campaign planning

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Guide and align the Content Executive and Creative team
  • Coordinate with consultants, freelancers, and agencies
  • Ensure performance goals are supported by content and creatives

Skills & Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of SEO and Local SEO
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and budget management
  • Retail or consumer brand experience preferred
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and grow long-term with the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
