Role Overview

The Marketing Head at Growth Factoryy will own the entire marketing charter—from strategy to execution—across brand, growth, performance, content, partnerships, and revenue-led marketing.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable systems, drive demand, and position Growth Factoryy as a category-defining growth and education brand. You will work closely with the CEO and founding team to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs
  • Act as a strategic growth partner to the CEO
  • Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and playbooks

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Own CAC, ROAS, funnel optimization, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Drive experimentation, testing, and scaling of growth channels
  • Build strong attribution and reporting frameworks

3. SEO, Organic & Content Growth

  • Own SEO and organic acquisition strategy
  • Drive content-led growth across blogs, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
  • Build long-term inbound pipelines for B2C and B2B audiences

4. Brand, Positioning & Communication

  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
  • Build a strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
  • Lead brand campaigns, launches, and GTM strategies

5. Product, B2B & B2C Marketing

  • Handle product marketing for multiple offerings (courses, services, communities, partnerships)
  • Build clear value propositions, landing pages, funnels, and sales enablement assets
  • Drive B2C user acquisition and B2B lead generation

6. Events, Partnerships & Community

  • Plan and execute events, summits, workshops, and webinars
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances for growth
  • Support community-building and creator collaborations

7. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
  • Comfortable managing both large teams (20+ members) and lean teams
  • Work closely with sales, product, founders, agencies, and external partners

8. Data, Reporting & Decision Making

  • Own dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Ensure data-driven decision making across all marketing initiatives
  • Continuously optimize based on insights and outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Strong background in consumer internet, marketplaces, fintech, or tech-driven businesses
  • Hands-on experience across:
  • Performance marketing
  • SEO & organic growth
  • Brand & content marketing
  • Product marketing (B2B & B2C)
  • Events & partnerships
  • Proven ability to scale marketing in high-growth environments
  • Comfortable owning end-to-end marketing
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution depth
