About Us

Engineered Vision designs and builds custom automation and advanced manufacturing equipment for manufacturers. We help high-volume OEMs and contract manufacturers increase quality, throughput, and ROI through robust, transparent engineering solutions.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to take full ownership of our digital marketing and outreach efforts. This is a builder’s role for someone who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and measurable impact.

Your mission: generate qualified leads and meetings with our ideal customer persona

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Manage and continuously improve website performance — including SEO, analytics, content updates, and AI visibility.
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report ROI for all marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Conduct competitor, keyword, and trend analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, collateral, and campaigns.

Content & Outreach

  • Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach to ideal customers; schedule and track meetings with ICPs.
  • Write and edit short-form content — blog posts, email campaigns, and case studies focused on automation and manufacturing success stories.
  • Coordinate with third-party videographers, photographers, and designers to produce professional, high-impact content.
  • Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and forms to capture inquiries.
  • Build, segment, and manage email lists; design and send campaigns via CRM or marketing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing calendar and content pipeline aligned with sales priorities.

Lead Generation & Inside Sales

  • Perform market research to identify target companies, key decision-makers, and opportunities within life-science manufacturing.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with campaign and contact data; ensure lead status, notes, and activity tracking are accurate.
  • Use automation and nurturing tools to warm leads and convert inquiries into meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine target lists, messaging, and campaign strategy.
  • Support event marketing efforts (trade shows, webinars, etc.) and manage follow-up campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and conversion performance, providing regular improvement insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or inside sales — ideally in manufacturing, technology, or industrial automation.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, website management, and digital ad tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Experience using email marketing, SEO/analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable working with data and KPIs to guide decisions and prove ROI.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of executing both strategy and day-to-day tasks independently.

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary: Commensurate with experience.
  • Performance bonus: Based on qualified meetings scheduled and held with ideal customer profiles.
  • Full-time, on-site
