Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead Sun River Gardens • Full-Time • On-Site • Orem, Utah Sun River Gardens is a locally owned greenhouse, garden center, and curated home & gift boutique known for its seasonal beauty, warm customer experience, and elevated aesthetic. We are seeking a creative, capable Marketing Lead who will shape how our community experiences Sun River Gardens — from the first Instagram scroll to the moment guests walk through our doors. This is a hands-on, mid-level role blending thoughtful strategy with daily content creation. Social Media & Digital Storytelling • Capture and produce photography and short-form video (Reels, Stories, TikTok). • Create and publish cohesive, visually elevated content. • Write warm, boutique-aligned captions. • Engage thoughtfully with our online community. • Review performance insights and refine content direction. Website & Online Experience • Maintain and refresh the WordPress website. • Update seasonal collections and workshop pages. • Write and edit website copy with strong understanding of SEO keywords and optimization. • Review page titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, and internal linking. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, workshops, and plant care. Email Marketing • Design and write weekly newsletters (Mailchimp). • Maintain consistent templates and visual presentation. Seasonal Campaigns • Develop seasonal marketing themes and storytelling direction. • Execute coordinated rollouts across social, email, and website. • Review campaign performance and share insights with leadership. Skills & Qualifications • 3–6+ years marketing or brand experience (retail/lifestyle preferred). • Strong photography and short-form video skills. • Proficiency in Canva; Adobe preferred. • Experience with Mailchimp and WordPress. • Strong social media strategy knowledge and polished writing tone. • Strong graphic design ability including color, typography, and layout. • Ability to work independently with excellent time management. Schedule Full-time, on-site in Orem, Utah. Additional hours expected during peak Spring seasons and October–December holidays. Occasional early mornings for workshops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
