Job Summary
The Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing outward-facing communications across all Filmtools Group brands including Filmtools, Pacific Radio (PacRad), Tour Supply, Backstage Equipment & Studio Depot. This role combines strategic brand marketing with hands-on creative execution, including email marketing, graphic development, partner campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of branding and graphic design, capable of crafting compelling outbound messaging that drives engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
Email & Outbound Marketing
- Develop and execute weekly email newsletters tailored to each brand’s unique audience.
- Create engaging email graphics highlighting: new products, best sellers, short-term promotions, social media campaigns & upcoming events.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
Brand Partner Collaboration
- Lead conversations with brand partners to develop collaborative marketing packages.
- Build strategic promotional initiatives using: email newsletters, social media campaigns, website landing pages, product graphics, events, in-store displays and promotions
- Identify creative opportunities to better showcase partner product lines.
Creative & Brand Development
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity across multiple companies.
- Develop compelling graphics and visual messaging aligned with each brand’s voice.
- Think outside the box to craft marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to improve results.
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in B2B & B2C marketing and product management with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong research skills combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative campaigns that meet business goals.
- Effective sales skills with experience in advertising sales or partnership development are a plus.
- Budgeting experience for large-scale campaigns along with project management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with film, entertainment, touring, or signal chain industries is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
