Marketing Lead

Dating apps are broken. Hunmate is the reset: an AI-powered matchmaking club where you don’t swipe, scroll, or browse. The AI learns who you are and matches you with intent. Members are curated, the community is the product, and the algorithm does what your friends always tried to — find your person. Launching first in Dubai.

As Humai grows its marketing team, we’re looking for a Marketing Lead to own Hunmate’s go-to-market from day one: launch campaigns, referral loops, influencer strategy, brand voice, and building a community that people recruit their friends into. You’ll shape what this brand feels like from the inside out.

Who You Are

•      3–7 years in growth or marketing, with consumer app or marketplace experience (dating, social, or community platforms a plus)

•      You’ve taken at least one consumer product from 0→1 or led a significant launch campaign with measurable results

•      Comfortable across brand and performance — you can write compelling copy and optimise a paid funnel in the same week

•      Deep familiarity with the Dubai/MENA market, especially expat demographics and cultural nuances

•      Experience with influencer marketing, community building, or referral-driven growth

•      Strong bias toward action — you ship fast, measure, and iterate rather than over-plan

•      Comfortable in ambiguity — you’ll be building systems, not following SOPs

•      Self-driven and proactive — you don’t wait for a brief, you create the brief

Nice To Have

•      Experience marketing in the dating or relationships space

•      Arabic language skills

•      Familiarity with AI-powered products and how to position them to consumers

•      Content creation skills — short-form video, social media native
