Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing who has the vision and execution ability to transform businesses into strong, recognizable brands. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing function, drive brand strategy, and align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to build and position brands in competitive markets
- Lead brand development initiatives to convert businesses into impactful brands
- Oversee digital, performance, content, social media, and offline marketing campaigns
- Create and manage integrated marketing plans aligned with sales and business growth targets
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive innovation
- Collaborate with leadership to define brand voice, messaging, and positioning
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative output
- Ensure consistency of branding across all channels and touchpoints
- Build strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5–6 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and growth strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Highly creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
- Proven ability to scale brands and drive measurable business impact
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong command of marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks
