Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing budgets and resources, and working cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and traditional media
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, content, design) to support business objectives and align marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing calendar and oversee timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize future efforts
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Oversee creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and ads
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Coordinate external vendors and agencies as needed (e.g., creative, PR, media buying)
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI
  • Support lead generation and nurturing strategies, working closely with sales and customer success teams

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or strategic role
  • Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including brand, content, digital, and analytics
  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Leadership or team management experience is a plus
