Marketing Manager

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This position will be responsible to improve the overall market position and competitiveness of Jotun in Pakistan by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materialising innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies/budget.

This role will report to the General Manager and will be based in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and innovation initiatives based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop and execute brand and category strategies.
  • Manage product portfolio, pricing, and assortment to drive market share and profitability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts including sales, technical, and supply chain to support marketing goals.
  • Develop marketing deliverables including business cases, communication packages, and key selling arguments.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and execution to meet company objectives and long term growth targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field, preferably in Marketing
  • Proven Marketing experience of 7+ years, with the ability to lead, coach and develop competent teams.
  • Strong marketing acumen with a strategic mindset to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • A strong communicator, able to inspire, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
