Marketing Manager

Zameen.com is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing successful campaigns, managing teams, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives
• Lead digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns
• Manage brand positioning, PR, and corporate communications
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Oversee budgets and ensure ROI on all marketing activities
• Mentor and lead the marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and branding
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
