We are seeking two dynamic and creative Marketing Managers to help drive our brand’s growth, visibility, and engagement across international markets.

Marketing Manager – Digital Strategy & Special Events

Focus: Lead digital campaigns and promotional strategies for special events, curated experiences, and unique resort offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, web, email, paid media).
• Conceptualize and promote the resort’s special events and exclusive experiences through targeted online campaigns.
• Collaborate with PR, design, and sales teams to drive engagement and bookings.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, optimizing ROI and audience reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and content performance tracking.
• A passion for luxury travel and innovative event marketing.

Marketing Manager – Wellness Categories & Brand Content

Focus: Build marketing strategy and storytelling for the resort’s wellness spaces — The Ivy Lounge, Hydrothermal Experience, Beauty Salon, and Holistic Wellness Offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging campaigns and content that highlight each wellness sub-category.
• Create marketing strategies to position Amrit Ocean Resort as a leader in wellness and rejuvenation.
• Coordinate with on-property teams, designers, and digital agencies to ensure brand consistency.
• Produce content across digital and print platforms to showcase wellness experiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years’ experience in marketing or brand communication, ideally in wellness, spa, or luxury hospitality sectors.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and brand development skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and understanding of luxury wellness trends.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
