Marketing Manager – Aesthetic Dermatology Clinics

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (2 Clinics)

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead patient acquisition, digital campaigns, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle marketing and a passion for building trusted patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media).
• Build strong online presence through content, patient stories, videos, and blogs.
• Manage patient engagement via WhatsApp/email campaigns, referral & loyalty programs.
• Organize local offline activations: skin camps, events, tie-ups with gyms, salons, corporates.
• Track ROI: leads, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and vendors.
• Report performance to clinic leadership with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of marketing experience (healthcare/wellness/aesthetics preferred).
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, social, paid ads, content).
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi a plus).
• Creative thinker with data-driven mindset.
• Graduate/Post-graduate in Marketing (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
