- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Implement performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Manage e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
- Utilize WordPress for website updates and content management while ensuring optimal user experience through HTML knowledge.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed based on analytics insights.
- Lead budgeting efforts for marketing projects while ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels is highly desirable.
- Excellent research skills to analyze market data and consumer behavior effectively.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that engage audiences.
- Familiarity with product management principles to align marketing efforts with product development cycles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
