Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, print advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create advertising sales strategies that generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Implement performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Manage e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
  • Utilize WordPress for website updates and content management while ensuring optimal user experience through HTML knowledge.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed based on analytics insights.
  • Lead budgeting efforts for marketing projects while ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels is highly desirable.
  • Excellent research skills to analyze market data and consumer behavior effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that engage audiences.
  • Familiarity with product management principles to align marketing efforts with product development cycles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $1,272.05 - $1,531.93 per week
