Marketing Manager

Kuwait

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals and increase its market share.
  • Manage advertising campaigns (online and offline) and analyze their performance.
  • Oversee brand management and develop the company's visual and communication identity.
  • Prepare and implement digital marketing plans (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, production, customer service) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage the marketing team and develop their skills to enhance collective performance.
  • Analyze the market and competitors and recommend new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Practical experience managing digital campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make numbers-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
