Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals and increase its market share.
- Manage advertising campaigns (online and offline) and analyze their performance.
- Oversee brand management and develop the company's visual and communication identity.
- Prepare and implement digital marketing plans (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, production, customer service) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage the marketing team and develop their skills to enhance collective performance.
- Analyze the market and competitors and recommend new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Practical experience managing digital campaigns across various platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Strong ability to analyze data and make numbers-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
