Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and lead our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the marine industry and a proven track record of driving growth across multiple service segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy to promote our full portfolio of services (Marine Offshore services, Ship Chandelling, Agency Services etc ).
• Identify and target new clients and market segments within the maritime sector in KSA and the wider GCC region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at shipping companies, port authorities, offshore operators, and other marine-related businesses.
• Generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Enhance brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and PR activities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years of marketing, business development, or sales experience within the marine industry.
• Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling marine services (e.g., ship chandelling, agency services, vessel operations, marine supplies).
• Strong existing network of contacts within the KSA/GCC maritime sector is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
