Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth in the real estate sector, with a specific focus on identifying new
opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue streams. A key
component of this role is managing and responding to tenders (RFPs/RFQs),
particularly in large-scale commercial, residential, and government projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market (residential, commercial, mixed-use, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, government entities, and other key stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to formulate growth strategies.

Lead the end-to-end process of tender management, including:

Identifying and monitoring relevant tender opportunities.

Preparing and submitting technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal departments.

Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Provide regular reporting on business development activities, sales pipeline, and tender outcomes.

Negotiate and close business deals in line with the company’s goals and profit margins.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.

Proven track record of success in securing and managing tender-based contracts.

Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software and tender platforms is an advantage.
