Description
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the local marketing plan in alignment with the overall company strategy, with the goal of achieving defined business objectives.
This position reports directly to the Associate Marketing Director, Türkiye. The role is based in our local office in İstanbul and requires regular travel within Türkiye, as well as occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities

Translate and execute regional marketing plans to local expectation, drive brand awareness, doctor sign up and growth within OPEX budget including:

Strategy Planning as part of the Annual Operational Plan

Localize campaign, sales & educational material, etc.

Local evidence development (publications, speakers)
-
Local Congress + exhibitions
-
Implementation of media Planning including Digital
-
OPEX Budget Management
-
Pricing
-
Multi-Channel Campaign Management
-
Partnering with sales management & sales team for quarterly tactics

Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product & global strategy development.

Focusing on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities.

Using analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan.

Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) & relationship maintenance to support execution of the plan.

Development of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans.

Drive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan.

Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan.

Cross functional coordination with Sales and finance teams to support business growth.

Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members; in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders.

Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Align’s digital marketing investments, campaigns and content creation processes across all digital channels in Türkiye. This includes end-to-end management of digital assets and initiatives from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.

The role requires a strong ability to make data-informed, impactful decisions while operating within the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Health.

The candidate will be expected to develop creative, compliant, and insight-driven solutions that resonate with both healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring that all communication aligns with local health regulations and ethical standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Native proficiency in Turkish and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on Brand Marketing, Performance-based Marketing, and/or Product Management
-
Experience in the medical device industry or within regulated healthcare environments is strongly preferred, particularly with products influenced by consumer or patient-driven demand

Prior sales experience in medical devices is a plus
