JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team and developing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in managing teams, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, and executing strategies tailored to the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals across different GCC markets.
- Define team objectives, set KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing team.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the GCC region to build brand presence and drive market share.
- Align marketing plans with sales and business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, PR, influencer marketing, and BTL activities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and retail to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, media agencies, and suppliers.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Manage marketing budgets across multiple campaigns and markets.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to deliver impactful campaigns within budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, including proven experience managing marketing teams within the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong plus.
