Job Overview:
Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that align with the brand identity to drive growth and market expansion. Oversee integrated digital and offline campaigns, lead marketing teams, and optimize CRM and lead management processes to generate measurable business value. Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and new market penetration while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Manage customer experience enhancement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

Coordinate lead qualification and sales pipeline processes in collaboration with sales teams.
