About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Client and its affiliated companies. You will also play a key role in supporting the personal branding efforts of our CEO, a global entrepreneur managing multiple ventures.
This role requires a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate can balance creativity with analytics to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Align marketing activities with overall business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage and oversee content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Build and enhance the CEO’s personal brand through strategic storytelling and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and content creators to ensure high-quality and on-brand marketing output.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor a small marketing and creative team to meet performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns based on engagement metrics, conversions, and data insights.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Business Development) to support company-wide initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and media partners.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing management or senior digital marketing role.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Skilled in managing projects, budgets, and small teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with AI content tools, creative direction, or video editing is a plus.
