  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for the FM sector in the UAE.
  • Position the company as a leading FM service provider across digital, print, and industry platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads through marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content creation and brand messaging tailored to key client sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, government).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Oversee corporate branding, brochures, case studies, and presentation materials.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events relevant to FM.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and report on KPIs.
  • Build relationships with media, PR firms, and third-party vendors for collaborative marketing efforts.
