Develops and delivers a comprehensive, integrated marketing and communications strategy for the Leisure and Entertainment brands, including the launch of new brand concepts and initiatives.

Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to support brand campaigns, activations, events, and partnerships.

Operates in a highly structured and organized manner, managing multiple brands, campaigns, and activations simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.

Reviews consumer behavior insights and database analytics to develop targeted marketing and communication strategies.

Develops and manages project budgets, marketing spend, and campaign timelines, ensuring cost-effective execution and measurable returns on investment.

Develops and implements the annual marketing and communications plan, covering Public Relations, media buying, partnerships, content creation (online and offline), social media engagement, and post-campaign analytics.

Monitors industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans, pricing strategies, and annual advertising reviews.

Ensures marketing activities adhere to contracts, legal agreements, government requirements, and corporate brand guidelines.
